We shipped all our product where we produce them from Bali, Indonesia. Please make sure to understand that all taxes, duties, and custom fees remain the responsibility of the buyer and are never included in the cost of the order or shipping charges. These taxes and fees can vary depending on the country and state of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of any applicable fees and taxes. Josei is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees invoked during the processing and shipment of your order.

We value the idea of offering unique and exclusive products. At the same time Josei is still a young and growing business. Currently, each product is meticulously crafted by local families in Bali. This means that every item we offer has undergone a comprehensive process that have been personally supervised by our team.

If your shipping details are incorrect, please notify us straight away at: Joseithelabel.com with your name, order number and CORRECT address so we can forward this straight over to our dispatch team to amend. We are not held liable if your order have already been dispatched.
