Free shipping on all orders over €500 EUR.

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL
  • Free shipping within Indonesia
  • €35 flat rate to the USA + Canada
  • €28 Australia & New Zealand
  • €20 flat rate for Asia
  • €45 flat rate to UK and rest of world
All orders have a 3-4 business day processing time at our warehouse in Bali Indonesia before they hit the road. Once your order leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
If you’ve ordered a preorder item, it will take a bit longer to deliver. Be sure to check out the product page for details on delivery timelines.Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note if your item was note pre-order we will ship the rest of your items when the pre-order item will be ready.

We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL Express. You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.

    JUST TO NOTE

    • We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
    • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products
    • Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.
    • We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local post office for pick-up.
    • We cannot reorder once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.


    TAXES & CUSTOMS


    We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges you may incur.

    We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of any applicable fees and taxes.Your package may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please note if you refuse your package you’ll be responsible for all charges, shipping & custom fees. 

    Return and Exchange Window:

    • We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange if you contact us and initiate the process within 5 days of receiving your order.

      Condition of Items:

    • Returned items must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached.

      Shipping Costs:

    • Please note that Josei The Label will not cover shipping and handling costs for items returned due to a change of mind.

      Recommended Courier:

    • We recommend using a courier that provides tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach our shop.

    Incorrect or Faulty Items

    While we take great care in quality checking our items, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. In the event you receive an incorrect or faulty item:

    Upon receiving the item at our shop, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange immediately.

    Order Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. Here are the guidelines for order cancellations:

    Before Shipment:

    • If you cancel your order before it's dispatched, we can offer a full refund or exchange.

      After Shipment:

    • If the item has already been shipped, you must return it within 7 days of receiving your order, adhering to the new, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached.

      Shipping Costs:

    • Please note that Jokey The Label will not cover shipping and handling costs for returning a cancelled item.

      Sale Items

      Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items.
