- Free shipping within Indonesia
- €35 flat rate to the USA + Canada
- €28 Australia & New Zealand
- €20 flat rate for Asia
- €45 flat rate to UK and rest of world
We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL Express. You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.

- We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products
- Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.
- We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local post office for pick-up.
- We cannot reorder once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges you may incur.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of any applicable fees and taxes.Your package may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please note if you refuse your package you’ll be responsible for all charges, shipping & custom fees.
Incorrect or Faulty ItemsWhile we take great care in quality checking our items, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. In the event you receive an incorrect or faulty item:

Upon receiving the item at our shop, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange immediately.

If you need to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. Here are the guidelines for order cancellations:

If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to cancel your order.
